What began as raising grass-fed beef and pasture-raised chicken in Texas has grown into a life centered on healing, community, and grounded living.
I’m a Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Certified Teacher with advanced training in restorative, chakra, yin, trauma-informed yoga, Qigong, sound healing, Reiki, and EFT/TFT tapping. My work blends movement, breath, and frequency to support nervous system balance and energetic alignment.
