A full sound immersion using soothing, rejuvenating instruments to help calm the mind and restore the body. We’ll begin with 10 minutes of gentle movement + light tapping to help the nervous system soften before transitioning into deep rest.

Every experience is unique — you may drift into sleep, enter meditation, or simply rest quietly. There’s no right or wrong way to receive it.
